An interesting little piece of history: An original 1920's photographic print of a Coast Guard vessel pursuing a suspected rum runner. Original press label glued to reverse, and press file copy notice embossed on the surface of the photo.

Approx. 6.5" x 8.5" Embossed on print is "FILE COPY DO NOT REMOVE."

Label reads:

PHOTO SHOWS: Bow of a United States Coast Guard vessel keeping an eye on the vessel seen just ahead; she is a schooner strongly suspected of trying to bring a cargo of rum. When first sighted she was about thirty miles off Cape Lookout Light, North Carolina; the Coast Guard Cutter, the Modoc, trailed her 600 miles, for four days, before she gave up and headed away from the coast.
